Refund policy

Ultimate Comics Fort Bragg values our customers and are committed to providing customer support. You have 14 days from the date of your in-store purchase, to exchange or return a new item with a valid Ultimate Comics receipt, unless the item is noted in our exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ultimate Comics is not able to accept returns without a customer copy of the receipt. Any refund will be applied to the original form of payment unless a replacement is requested.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Ultimate Comics reserves the right to limit, or decline returns or exchanges even if a customer has a receipt. Ultimate Comics retains final authority to accept or decline any eligible item for return. Ultimate Comics will not accept the return or exchange of any ineligible item. Ultimate Comics reserves the right to refuse future purchases for violations or abuse of our returns/exchange policy, or any fraudulent activity relating to returns.


  • Products purchased while on sale or through special promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Any Item that is not in brand new/sellable condition as determined by Ultimate Comics Fort Bragg is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any Item defined as a back issue (vintage comic book, CGC slab) is not eligible for return or exchange
  • Any Sideshow Statue or Hot Toy collectible is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
